Marianne is an artist, a citizen and an innovator. She uses these refined traits as a guiding force that allows her to connect, serve and honor her clientele and their distinctive real estate needs. She is a Northwest native and her forty years in Seattle and eleven years in Kirkland make her an expert in the greater Puget Sound region.
As an artist with expertise in both design and sculpture, Marianne uses her discerning eye to help her clients imagine the transformative possibilities of a newly purchased home or the potential that lies within an existing home to maximize its beauty and value. Moving inside to out, Marianne leaves no detail untouched, as her master gardener capabilities can transform a basic garden or landscape into a tour de force of magic curb appeal.
As a citizen, Marianne has a deep commitment to her community of Kirkland. She understands the value of being a good neighbor and all the aspects of neighborhood that transform a house into a home, from high quality schools and nearby parks, to recreation spaces and local amenities. Marianne has spent a lifetime in service to the neighborhoods she has lived in and knows that the neighborhood often becomes an extended family that we count on in times of need. She is dedicated to the concept of helping her buyers find not only the home that meets their needs, but a full landscape that provides support and a sense of community.
As an innovator, Marianne brings a fresh and creative approach to strategizing and problem solving in a fast-moving marketplace. She is known for her ability to think outside the box and for her dedication to a premiere level of service that keeps the hopes, dreams and needs of her clients at the forefront. She serves her clients as a committed listener and as a detailed and thorough guide with laser-focus and integrity. Marianne loves nothing more than providing her clients with a real estate experience that leaves them happy and satisfied with her professional and caring service.
Marianne currently lives in Kirkland with her husband, son and dog. She studied design at the University of Washington and graduated magna cum laude from Cornish College of the Arts with a BFA where she is currently serving as a trustee. Marianne has served on the Kirkland Arts Commission and is a committee member and commissioned artist at Kirkland’s annual Summerfest. She helped lead a successful citywide coalition to save Discovery Park in Seattle and served as her community’s president for 12 years.
